Nationality- A candidate who wants to apply for SBI PO must be a citizen of India.

Education Qualification– A candidate must hold a graduation degree from any recognized university.

Age Limit– Age limit for applying for SBI PO should not be under 21 years and no above 30 years as on 1st April 2019 that is candidate should not be born after 1st April 1998 and not before 1st April 1999.

In the case of Non- Creamy Other Backward Class (OBC) Candidate, the age limit is relaxable by 3 years or in the case of SC, ST candidates or ex-servicemen who have provided at least 5 years of military services it is relaxable by 5 years. The candidates born between 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989 who have ordinarily been a domicile in Kashmir division in the state of Jammu and Kashmir the age limit is relaxable by 5 years.

Note– Those who are in the final year of graduation and called for an interview, they will have to give a proof of having passed their graduation course. The candidates carrying integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate need to further ensure that they have qualified for the degree by the cutoff date as decided the bank for that respective year of the recruitment process.
