Swami Vivekananda National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) Recruitment Details

Recruitment of Swami Vivekananda National institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) vacancies have been announced for both Fresher and Experienced Candidates updated on May 18, 2020. It is an autonomous institution under, Department of Empowerment for Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. It’s main objectives of the institute are Human Resource Development to undertake, sponsor or co-ordinate training of personnel such as Doctors, Engineers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Multipurpose Rehabilitation Therapists and such other personnel for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities. Institute conducts short term/long term courses in the field which are affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. The institute has been setup to serve the differently abled persons with disabilities having 100 beds facilities to needy people.

Essential qualification & experience	B. Sc  with 10 year experience in Govt. Accounting & Audit, out of which 5 years should be in Supervisory capacity, or lnter- Chartered Accountant with 3 years experience in Government Accounting and Audit’
2	Staff Nurse	Post available -05, Group-B, Category- OBC-3, EWS-1 SC-1 Age limit- Below 30 Years
Pay scale	Pay matrix level-7(Rs. 44,900/- to 1 ,42,400/-)
Essential qualification & experience	B. Sc (Nursing) or Diploma in General Nursing & midwifery are registered with one of the State Nurses Registration Councils in India. Preferable- Experience in Orthopedic Nursing
3	Hostel Warden (Female)	Post available-01, Group-B, Category-UR Age limit-35 to 40 years
Pay scale	Pay matrix level-6(Rs. 35,900/- to 1 ,12,400/-)
Essential qualification & experience	Qualification :- First class / Higher 2nd class / graduate in any  stream Experience:- Minimum 5 yrs experience as warden/superintendent in a large hostel of any college/ university/ instituteExperience in administration will be desirable
4	Junior Assistant	Post available -o2, Group -C  Category- UR -2 Age limit – Below 40 Years
Pay scale	Pay matrix level-4(Rs. 25,500/- to 81,100/-)
Essential qualification & experience	Graduate with 5 year Experience

Selection procedure for the (Sl- No. 1 to 3) Group ‘B’ (Non-gazetted) and (sl. No. 4) ‘C’ posts where desirable qualification and experience both are required’ the distribution of marks is given below:-

1. ln case where no Desirable Qualification or Experience is required as per respective RRs, 100% weightage will be given to written test.
2. ln case where either  Desirable Qualification or Experience is required as per respective RRs, 90% weightage will be given to written test and 10% weightage for Desirable Qualification or Experience.

Application Procedure:-

1. Candidates must have to deposit Application Fees @ Rs.500/- by General/OBC category and @ Rs.250/- by SC/ST category in the form of Demand draft drawn only on SBI or Indian Bank along with the application form (fees non-refundable).
2. Demand Draft should be made in favour of “Director SVNIRTAR” payable at Cuttack.
3. PWD candidates are free from payment of application fees.
4. Selected candidates will be initially posted at SVNlRTAR, olatpur, Cuttack, Odisha. However, they are able to be transferred to anywhere in India.

Other Conditions:-

1. The date for determining age limit will be the last date for receipt of the application.
2. These posts have other allowances as per Government rules including LTC, Medical Reimbursement etc.
3. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC & PWD will be as per Government rules. Also age relaxation For departmental candidates or employees and EX-servicemen will be as per Government rules.
4. No. of posts may be differ from actual requirement at the time of appointment. Candidates already in service can also apply (Govt. /Quasi Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies) through proper channel.
